When we started to investigate a new phone system I was overwhelmed by options, choices and companies and always had this sick feeling in the back of my mind that virtually every company we talked to was 'out to get us' in some way form or fashion. Take advantage of the fact that voice/data/cable wasn't our area of expertise and try and either over-sell or under-sell us. We met our fair share of sales people with glossy pitches and nice promises - but we got no sense of what it would be like to be a 'customer' of theirs and how our issues would be addressed by their customer service teams (which has been a huge issue for us in other areas of our business like payroll vendor and copy machine).
But from the moment we talked to dais - we were sold! You were extremely upfront, answered all our questions, seemed to know exactly what we needed and presented an understandable and what we considered a 'fair' estimate! The installation team was amazing (and fun to work with) and the phones are ever so easy to learn and use. We absolutely love the system and are confident it will serve us well for many years!
